Q: How soon will my account be active?
A: Once you sign up, your Rekko account is created automatically. You will receive a welcome email that includes all the necessary instructions to get Rekko’s tag installed and campaigns created.
Q: I’m not exactly technically savvy. How long will it take to create/launch campaigns?
A: We feel your pain! Over the past couple years, we completely retooled Rekko to make it easier to use. The entire motif is wizard-based where we ask simple questions like “What do you want to delivery?” or “Who should get this campaign?” With very little training, users have created / launched campaigns in 5 minutes or less.
Q: How many campaigns can I create?
A: The number of simultaneous campaigns will depend on the plan you select. Option A will allow for up to two (2) simultaneous campaigns, whereas, Option B will allow for up to 5 simultaneous campaigns. If you would like to run more than 5, you will want to upgrade to the Rekko Marketing Cloud.
Q: What types of campaigns can I run?
A: These packages allow you to run some of our, not only, most popular but also best performing campaigns using our newly released Content Delivery & A/B Testing wizard. For example, engage visitors who are at-risk of abandoning their cart, insert dynamic content based on visitor location, or even target + deliver special offers to mobile users, just to name a few.
Q: What types of content will I be able to deliver?
Q: How is this different from Rekko Marketing Cloud?
A: These packages differs from the Rekko Marketing Cloud, which includes a broader/more advanced feature set, supports email marketing and is not limited by the number of simultaneous campaigns you can run. If (we believe it’s more of a When) you fall in love with Rekko and want to upgrade, 100% of today’s purchase can be applied towards upgrading to Rekko Marketing Cloud.
Q: Can I deliver offers, coupons or promotions through Rekko?
A: Yes, you can. We’re not talking about simply inserting a “free shipping” banner at the top of every page. Our visitor targeting and segmentation allow you to ONLY target/engage visitors that need that extra push or incentive to purchase while allowing those breezing through to checkout to continue on their way.
Q: Do you support delivering dynamic/unique, one-time use coupon codes?
A: Yes we do. This is one of the latest features we added and have made it part of the packages we are offering today. A big fear of e-commerce stores is that their coupons will end up on Retail Me Not. Deliver unique, one-time use coupons to visitors across all available content delivery types. We even have the ability to deliver the same unique coupon to returning visitors!
Q: Where’s the rub?
A: That’s just it. There isn’t one. If you are not happy (only applies to Option B $349) after 15 days of using it, we’ll give you your money back! If you end up loving it (we’re betting on it) and want to upgrade, we will apply your purchase toward Rekko Marketing Cloud.
